ABOUT CONPHAK
Uniting Communities. Championing Health.
For over 10 years, CONPHAK has united communities across Kwale County in the fight against HIV and TB — reaching more than 10,000 people through collective action, advocacy and equitable healthcare.
OUR STORY
Rooted in community. Driven by equity.
CONPHAK was founded to give communities in Kwale County a collective voice in health advocacy. The network brings together People Living with HIV and those affected by HIV/AIDS — ensuring that communities have the power, knowledge and resources to access equitable healthcare.
Over more than a decade, CONPHAK has grown from a small county network into a county-wide movement delivering seven evidence-based health programmes — backed by the Global Fund, AMREF Health Africa, the Kenya Red Cross Society and the Ministry of Health.
- Global Fund Sub-Recipient Programmes
- Kenya Ministry of Health Partner
- AMREF Health Africa Network
